This patient has a positive FAST exam with a thin rim of fluid in her LUQ. She was given a bolus of fluids and was hemodynamically stable, so was sent for CT of her abdomen and pelvis. She appears to have a splenic hematoma on CT scan and free fluid in the LUQ. She remained hemodynamically stable and was admitted to the trauma service.
